Talks 2017-2018

We hold talks on different topics through our season between September and May each year. Everyone is welcome to come to our talks – you don’t need to be a member of the Society!  There is a very small charge – £1 for members, £2 for non-members – to pay for the teas and coffees.

All talks take place at the Friends Meeting House (Cowl Street) on the last Thursday of the month (except for December). All talks start at 7.30 pm (except for the talk following the AGM in April: because we hold the AGM first, sometimes the talk doesn’t quite start when expected!)
